Policy Versions
Every version of our policies, current and superseded, so you can see which terms applied at any point in time.
When we publish a material change to a policy, the updated document gets a new version number and effective date, and the version it replaces is archived here rather than deleted. Archived versions are kept for reference only and are not the agreement currently in force.
All three policies were updated on 26 August 2026 to name Hotspotty Inc., a Delaware corporation, as the contracting entity, replacing the former Bulgarian company. Archived versions still name the former entity, which was correct while those versions were in force.
Terms of Service
Effective 26 August 2026
Adds Section 3 (Subscription, Fees and Billing), covering automatic renewal, cancellation, refunds and Fee changes. Replaces the personal, non-commercial use license with a commercial license matching the subscription actually sold. Names Hotspotty Inc., a Delaware corporation, as the Supplier in place of the former Bulgarian entity, and adds Section 7 (Governing Law and Disputes) and Section 8 (Changes to these Terms).

Privacy Policy
Effective 26 August 2026
Names Stripe, Inc. as our payment processor and describes what it processes (section 3.6). Identifies Hotspotty Inc., a Delaware corporation, as the controller in place of the former Bulgarian entity. Adds a consolidated list of third party service providers, a section on international data transfers out of the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, and a section on how this Policy changes.
